Dorian Barnes is the Access to Care Manager with Front Steps Services. In this role, Dorian coordinates In-takes and Referrals and manages all aspects of Medicaid billing. Dorian’s extensive experience in Medical Billing and customer service makes her a great asset to our company. Deemed “The Money Girl” by a co-worker, Dorian takes pride in breaking down barriers to increase revenue.  As a big believer in T.E.A.M (Together Everyone Achieves More), she always supports her co-workers and our clients through volunteering and her willingness to help.

A Cleveland native, Dorian is a qualified Browns fan who is optimistic they will make to the Super Bowl one day. Outside of the office Dorian enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family, her Sunday dinners are legendary. She recently celebrated her 50th birthday in Hawaii touring volcanos and relaxing on the beach. Aloha!
