Dr. Adrian Springfield, PhD, MSW, LISW-S is an innovative and result-driven social work leader with over 15 years of combined experience in increasing growth, implementing, and evaluating programs for healthcare, private sectors, CCBHCs, FQHCs, and nonprofit organizations. As a license independent social worker with training supervision designation (LISW-S), Dr. Springfield holds a Bachelor of Science from Kent State University and a Master of Social Work from The University of Akron, concentrating in direct social work practice with individuals, families, and groups. Dr. Springfield also holds a Ph.D. in Social Work with a specialization in social work administration and leadership.

 

Throughout her career, Dr. Springfield has served in various capacities and with diverse populations within health services, including behavioral health and primary care. With a passion for working with low-income and underserved populations, Dr. Springfield believes that change happens when people are given the support they need to draw on their own strengths and realize their potential to live fulfilling, happy lives. In her role as Chief Clinical Officer, Dr. Springfield is motivated to provide collaborative support and facilitate patient-centered care to improve health outcomes of a population.
