Emmanuel Frank is a native of Congo Brazzaville and has lived in Tanzanian refugee camps for 13 years. He experienced a difficult life due to the Rwandan Genocide in 1994, when Hutu military forces initiated a campaign of ethnic cleansing against the Tutsi minority. Since 2006, he has been a team leader for African community outreach and responsible for the soccer coach and running club. His bicultural background and focus on community collaboration have led him to several volunteer opportunities and community leadership roles. He is honored and happy to be a part of Front Steps Services. He feels like he is home and is excited to serve as new CM Communication community member, resident, and client.
