Lenora Fletcher
CLIENT EMPOWERMENT ADVOCATE

Her career in Human Services began in 1992 as an Intake Specialist in the Detox unit at the Salvation Army Harbor Lights Complex. From there Community Assessment Foundation where she served as a scheduler for the Counselors led her to pursue higher educational goals. Cuyahoga Community College was the landscape of Chemical Dependency.  She received a Bachelor of Social Work from Capital University.     With passion she catapulted into positions while attending Cleveland State University School of Social Work where a master’s degree was achieved.  The studies of substances and social work during my career have placed her in the roles of Case Manager, Counselor, and Clinical Supervisor.
