Matthew Anderson joined Front Steps in January 2021.  He leads all fundraising efforts, including, cultivating new, current and former donors to encourage ongoing contributions, and seeks out opportunities for financial support through grants and corporate sponsorships. Matthew comes to Front Steps from the former Council For Economic Opportunities in Greater Cleveland (now StepForward) where he spent the five years at Business & Community Development Director for the Community Services department. He is a graduate of Marywood University, in Scranton, PA, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in communications with an emphasis in marketing.  Matthew is married to his wife Alexandra, a Cleveland Clinic Oncology Nurse, while residing in the Tremont neighborhood of Cleveland.
