I am Nicole Shoenfelt, a Licensed Social Worker.  Most of my career has been in clinical work with clients who have a SUD and/or Mental Illness, which is my passion.  I am so excited to be a part of this agency and watch the programs and services grow and expand throughout the community we serve.

I have a deep love for nature, animals, and bodies of water; that is where I experience peace. I am a huge football fan. I have been a die-hard Cleveland Browns fan since birth, and I have the baby pictures to prove it. I have not missed watching a game since the Return in 1999 and that will never change.
