Schanavian Adams-Luke is the new Property Manager of St. Joseph Commons formerly known as Front Steps Housing and Services.

Before being assigned Property Manager in January 2023, Schanavian was Front Steps lead case manager and Employment & Education Specialist. Schanavian has grown within the agency and continues to expand as she has held several positions since joining the team in 2002 (under the agency formal name of Transitional Housing Inc.). Schanavian has served the agency in the following positions: HMIS Specialist, Leasing Staff, Follow-up Coordinator, Case Manager and Employment Specialist. Schanavian has been essential part of the agency growth and transformation always going over and beyond the call of duty by assisting with; CARF Certifications, Reporting Process, Managing the donation shop, and assisting with the agency relocation plan, making sure the agency mission is being accomplished in excellence.

While employed with Front Steps for over the past 2 years Schanavian has earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Ursuline College. In addition, she has earned an associate degree from Cuyahoga Community College in human services.
